Imagine yourself getting lost in a place you are visiting with no access to the internet to help you in your navigation. You sure would be worried sick! And you would probably waste most of your time looking for directions to get to the places you want to visit. Well… Guess what? There is this new travel article app you can use as your personal map to get you anywhere, without the need to connect to the internet.
GPSMyCity will walk you through the city you want to explore! All you have to do is download the app on your device, free of charge, and there you will find thousands of articles about different cities from all over the world with insights on where to go, where to eat, and what to do in those cities. What’s even more interesting is that, there are GPS coordinates embedded to those articles as well as the routes you need to get to those places the articles are telling you about! Amazing, isn’t it?
PS: As of today, the app is only available on iOS.
Once you have downloaded the GPSMyCity app, you can download the articles individually to your phone for free, for you to read at your own pleasure anytime-anywhere – whether you are way up in the air or at the beach or at a secluded place where Internet is out of reach. You can also choose to upgrade the articles for a minimal cost when you decide that you want an offline map with links to GPS to assist you with your travel planning.
I have only been with GPSMyCity for a few weeks now and I am happy to announce that some of my blog posts have been turned into apps. Soon, most of my blog posts will be available for download. And watch out for my Singapore post! It will be up soon! 😊
For anyone interested, I am giving a free upgrade on one of my article apps for a limited time (September 12-18, 2016) so you will have an idea how it works:
